What is Tarteebi?

Tarteebi is an AI assistant that lives inside WhatsApp and connects to your other inboxes — Gmail, Slack and Microsoft Teams. It reads the conversations you allow, organizes them by person and topic, and answers your questions in plain language. Instead of opening five apps and scrolling, you message one assistant that has already read everything.

How does Tarteebi read my messages?

Once you connect an app, Tarteebi securely reads the conversations you've allowed and keeps a private, organized memory of them in the background. It groups messages by who sent them and what they're about, and notes things like decisions, questions, deadlines and files. When you ask something later, it answers from what it has already read — you never copy, paste or forward anything.

How does it organize my messages?

Tarteebi doesn't just file messages by chat — it sorts them by the project they belong to, across WhatsApp, email, Slack and Teams. So when you ask it to summarize a project, it gathers the relevant messages from every channel and summarizes them together, in the context of that project. You see the whole picture in one place instead of checking five apps and stitching it together yourself.

What can I ask it?

You talk to Tarteebi the way you'd text a friend. Common questions include:

• "What did I miss today?" — a short digest across all your chats.
• "Summarize the project group chat." — decisions and open tasks in a few lines.
• "What needs a reply?" — sorted by who's been waiting longest.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen minutes. You connect WhatsApp and any other inboxes in a few taps. There's no app to download, because Tarteebi works inside WhatsApp itself. After setup, it starts reading along quietly and you can ask it questions right away.

Does it work with email and Slack too?

Yes. Tarteebi connects to WhatsApp, Gmail, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Is my data safe?

Yes. Your messages are encrypted, never sold, and never used to train any model. You decide exactly which chats and inboxes Tarteebi can read, and you can disconnect any of them in one tap. Tarteebi only reads what you explicitly connect.
